A CITY beer producer has continued its growth bid by hiring a new marketing manager to help promote its products.
Lucy Cross, 28, has joined Innis & Gunn from international giant Bacardi Martini.
She will be responsible for building brand affinity, delivering a global plan to augment Innis & Gunn’s trade and consumer profile, assisting with the creation of a new Brand Ambassador programme.
It is the latest in a line of developments for the firm, which allows its beer to age in oak casks.
Dougal Sharp, managing director at Innis & Gunn, said: “We’re a young business with big growth ambitions and Lucy ticked all the right boxes.
“She possesses the right skill set, having a track record of planning and implementing complex global projects and developing brand strategies.
“She also demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the drinks trade.”
