Merchiston is top of the class

a HEADMASTER has told of his delight after his school landed a top honour.

Merchiston Castle School was named as the Top Scottish Independent School for GCSE and A level by The Sunday Times Parent Power.

It came as a result of the school’s 100 per cent pass rate at A level.

Headmaster Andrew Hunter said: “I am delighted that the boys and staff have been recognised for their hard work and effort in being given this superb title.”
