Missing man appeal

POLICE have made a renewed appeal to help trace a man who went missing last month.

Steven Hope, from Peebles, was last seen at around 9pm on August 24. The 43-year-old has family connections in Edinburgh and West Lothian.

He is white, 5ft 10in tall, stocky and clean-shaven, with green eyes and a Celtic tribal tattoo on his back.
