Missing woman Lorna Clyde ‘safe and well’

A WOMAN who had sparked a police appeal after going missing for three days has been found safe and well.

Concerns were raised after Lorna Clyde, 48, failed to turn up at a pre-arranged appointment, having last been seen at 11.30am on Wednesday at the North Neighbourhood Centre, West Pilton Gardens.

Police issued an appeal for information to trace Ms Clyde has family in Wester Hailes and used to live in Muirhouse.

An in the early hours of this morning she was found safe and well.

A Police Scotland spokesman said officers would like to thank all those who assisted in their enquiries to trace her.
