Ms Constance said: “SCIAF has made enormous efforts to provide aid to countries in desperate need. It is fantastic that, despite our own economic hardships, the people of West Lothian are generously giving to help those in need.”
MSP praises kind hearts
The generosity of the 270 West Lothian individuals, schools, and parishes who donated £88,000 to the Scottish Catholic International Aid Fund (SCIAF) last year has been praised by Angela Constance, SNP MSP for Almond Valley.
