New Waverley aparthotel to open doors next month

A NEW four-storey aparthotel overlooking the Royal Mile will open for business next month.

The new 146-apartment Aparthotels Adagio overlooking Edinburghs Royal Mile will open for business on December 19.

The 146-apartment Apart­hotels Adagio links the High Street with the Canongate as part of the New Waverley development.

Constructed behind an existing façade of two 1930s tenement buildings, the hotel overlooks a new football pitch-sized public square, which officially opens early next month. The apartments themselves open on December 19.
