Amazon delivery centre in West Lothian looking for over 100 new employees - here's how to apply
Amazon has announced the creation of 10,000 new jobs across the UK in 2020 with a raft of new roles for the delivery station in Bathgate.
With over 100 new jobs up for grabs, the centre’s permanent headcount will rise from around 70 at the beginning of 2020 to more than 150 by the end of the year.
The delivery centre is also hiring over 150 seasonal roles.

Hide AdThe new roles, including engineers, graduates, HR and IT professionals, health and safety and finance specialists, as well as the teams who will pick, pack and ship customer orders, will help Amazon meet growing customer demand and enable small and medium sized enterprises selling on Amazon to scale their businesses.
Amazon has already offered temporary roles to thousands of people whose job was impacted at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, many of whom will now be able to transition into a permanent role with the potential for a career within Amazon.In addition, Amazon is creating more than 20,000 seasonal positions across the UK ahead of the festive period at its sites across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and at three pop-up fulfilment centres.
Pay will begin at £9.50 per hour for all full-time, part-time, temporary and seasonal roles in Amazon’s fulfilment centres, sort centres and delivery stations.
Amazon is also looking for individuals wanting to turn free time into supplementary income, working to their own schedule to deliver Amazon packages for between £13 and £15 per hour. For more information about Amazon Flex, go to the website.
