There are dozens to choose from, but these are some of the biggest changes to the city in Edinburgh's 10 Year Challenge.
1. Hibs' East Stand
The redevelopment of the East Stand at Easter Road provided a big boost in capacity for Hibernian FC.
2. Queensferry Crossing
After a series of delays, the newest bridge over the Firth of Forth - the Queensferry Crossing - was officially opened in August 2017.
3. Meadowbank Stadium
In 2019, the stadium that held the Commonwealth Games twice (the only one ever to do so) was demolished to make way for an updated sports facility.
4. Leith Fort
First built to defend Leith Harbour in 1780, Leith Fort was turned into a housing complex in the 1960s, before being demolished in 2013. The walls and gate remain.
