Scottish Fire and Rescue were called to the incident at 12.11 pm on Sunday

Dramatic pictures show fire crews battling a fire at Fife Zoo that broke out this afternoon just after midday.

An onlooker told the Edinburgh Evening News that the fire, that appears to have started in the soft play area, has taken hold of the building.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue confirm that they were called to the incident at 12.11 pm today and are still in attendance.
