Perk up for pink man hunt

A COMPETITION to “spot the pink man” is to be held in the Capital to raise awareness of the Go Pink day for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Breakthrough Breast Cancer is running the competition, which will see James Jopling, its fundraising manager in Scotland, take to the streets of Edinburgh in a full pink Morphsuit to raise awareness of Lothian Buses Go Pink event.

James will be running between Lothian Buses depots and travelling on various services throughout the day.

The charity is asking Edinburgh residents to post on social network sites Twitter and Facebook if they spot the pink man, detailing where and when they saw him and posting a photo. The best photo will win a jar of goodies donated by I Love Candy in Hanover Street.
