Police are appealing for information to trace an 18-year-old man reported missing from the West Port area.
Peter Brown was seen leaving an address on Lady Lawson Street at around 6am on November 6.
He boarded the 6.55am train at Waverley bound for London King’s Cross but may have disembarked earlier.
He has not been in touch with family or friends, which Inspector David Cuthbert, leading the investigation, described as “out of character”.
Peter is 6ft tall, slimly built with pale complexion and brown hair which has a slight wave and is normally swept to the side.
He was wearing a dark blue hooded top with white and red writing and a burgundy T-shirt underneath and was carrying a blue rucksack and holdall.
