Police hunt smash man

Police are appealing for information after a man smashed a window during a disturbance in Mayfield.

The suspect, described as wearing a light blue checked shirt, was seen to repeatedly kick and punch a door within a stair – smashing the window – while shouting.

The incident took place at Bogwood Court at about 4am on Sunday, August 28.

When the man was challenged by residents, he made off.
