Police to investigate Dalkeith house fire

POLICE are investigating suspicious fire at a house in Dalkeith.

Crews raced to Allan Terrace at around 2.50am on Sunday morning and quickly extinguished the flames.

Officers investigating the blaze are now appealing for information.

Detective Inspector Mark Henderson said: “We are appealing for any witnesses who may have seen suspicious activity in the Allan Terrace area.

“Anyone with information is asked to come forward immediately.”
