A prize day for Knight

LUXURY serviced apartment complex The Knight Residence has scooped a top industry award, being named the Best Employer in Hospitality 2012 in Scotland.

The hotel also won this year’s Best Small Independent Hotel Employer at the Caterer.com awards while Best Group Pub and Bar Employer was won by the Big Red Teapot.

Held at five-star boutique hotel the Prestonfield, the awards ceremony was hosted by Scottish journalist and presenter, Stephen Jardine.
