Racing team scoops gold

A TEAM from Edinburgh has won gold in a gruelling six-hour race testing mental and physical toughness.

Led by David Peck, the three-strong team from Buccleuch Property beat their rivals across Krpton-factor style disciplines, a 35km cycle challenge and an orienteering course on foot before completing a technical 10km mountain biking route to the finish line.

More than 168 competitors took part in the annual Buccleuch Property Challenge.
