Refurb is big visitor hit

THE revamped National Museum of Scotland has welcomed more than 600,000 visitors since it re-opened in July.

The refurbished museum has proved a huge hit, with 100,000 visiting the attraction in the week it re-opened following the three-year, £47.4 million redevelopment, which provided 50 per cent more public space and improved access for the disabled.
