Restaurant wins two accolades at ceremony
Castle Terrace Restaurant took the top prizes at a ceremony in Glasgow after being awarded its star last October.
Chef Dominic Jack said: “There are so many great restaurants in Scotland so to be recognised as Restaurant of the Year is a true honour. Myself and the rest of the team at Castle Terrace have really grown in confidence and as a result we aren’t afraid to take risks.”

Hide AdMr Jack worked at started his career at Gleneagles and has worked at the 3-star Michelin restaurant l’Arpège and 2-Michelin star Hotel Vernet restaurant Les Elysees in Paris.
More recently he worked with fellow Michelin-star chef Tom Kitchin at The Kitchin.
