In running for drama cash

FILM-MAKER John Craigen is preparing to run a half marathon to raise funds for youth drama group Broxburn Footlights.

John, who lives in Broxburn, will take part in the Glasgow Half Marathon on Sunday.

He has already completed the half marathon three times and has also taken part in the Great North Run, raising money for West Lothian Youth Action Project and Diabetes UK.

Broxburn Footlights will perform its latest show – 13, a New Musical – at Howden Park Centre from September 29 to October 1.
