School is hot stuff

EDINBURGH’S New Town Cookery School has won its second prestigious award within a week.

It beat off competition from four other institutions to be named Best Scottish Cookery School at the British Cookery School Awards 2012.

The win comes hot on the heels of being awarded Looking to Cook’s “UK Cookery School of the Year 2012”. The Queen Street establishment, launched in December 2009, offers a range of both professional and amateur cookery courses.
