Search is on for heroes in a twinkling
Cancer Research UK has asked friends or relatives of young cancer patients to make nominations for its Little Star awards.
The award, backed by JLS, Mo Farah and Leona Lewis, recognises the courage of children with cancer in the run-up to Christmas.

Hide AdThe annual awards, in partnership with TK Maxx, have been launched as figures released by Cancer Research UK last week offer increased hope of survival.
Jo Murphy, head of corporate social responsibility for TK Maxx, said: “The Little Star awards are a fantastic way of recognising the courage of children who have faced a diagnosis of cancer and the support they receive from family and friends.”
