Sutton plays ball with book signing event

Football star Chris Sutton is set to meet fans on a visit The Centre, Livingston.

Chris has been invited by Waterstones in The Centre to promote his new book, in which the Parkhead hero talks about his relationships with Gordon Strachan, Kenny Dalglish and Alan Shearer as he tells all about his impressive playing career.

The former Celtic player who joined the Scottish team in 2000 broke Scottish records when he was signed by Martin O’Neil for £6 million.

Chris said: “I am thrilled to be coming to The Centre to meet sports fans and introduce them to my book. I put a lot of thought into the book and hope the fans like what the read and get a real sense of the man behind the strip.”

The event will be held on Monday, October 24 from 1pm.
