TA is gunning for recruits with taxi ads

MEMBERS of the forces hailed a taxi at Edinburgh Castle as part of a new recruitment drive for the Territorial Army.

Colours Sergeant Steve Watson, Lance Corporal Hannah Wilkins and Lance Bombadier Kelly Gallacher checked out City Cabs’ branded cars, which are taking part in the advertising campaign.

George Aird, chairman of City Cabs, said: “The TA provides vital support for our armed forces. Many of our own drivers have served in the army.”
