Tourism chiefs see the sights

TOUR operators from across the UK are to visit East Lothian for a showcase of county sights and attractions.

The three-day event, hosted by umbrella group Explore East Lothian, begins with a visit to the famous Glenkinchie Distillery on April 14.

Councillor Stuart McKinnon, tourism chief at East Lothian Council, said: “The group will experience a great cross-section of our very diverse and high-quality tourism offer during this event.”
