Delays expected on M9 due to break down

A car has broken down in the second lane of the M9 causing serious delays for commuters.

The car is broken down at the southbound J1 Admiralty junction and while the car is to soon be moved, commuters have been warned that there could be a knock on effect with heavy traffic.

Poor weather and road conditions have also played havoc on the roads this morning.
