Forth Road Bridge travel disruptions due to weather conditions

Drivers using the Forth Road Bridge this morningnote-0 were be delayed due to poor weather conditions.

Two northbound lanes on the bridge connecting Edinburgh and Fife were restricted as high winds and rain hit the area.

Traffic watchdog Traffic Scotland alerted drivers using the bridge to travel with caution about 6:45am this morning.

In a message on Twitter, a spokesman for the transport group said: “A9000 Forth Road Bridge - Weather, 2 lanes restricted Northbound.”
