A Megabus broke down on Shandwick Place in the Capital’s west end around 7.45pm.

The tram line was blocked and Police Scotland have confirmed that they were called to help traffic management.

Arrangements were made to remove the bus from the area and free up the road.

Lothian reported that nine of their bus services were diverted due to the incident
