TWO people are due to appear in court in connection with alleged drugs supply offences.

The 54-year-old woman and 34-year-old man were arrested after a vehicle was stopped on the A71 near to Polbeth before police conducted a series of raids around West Lothian.

Officers found three kilos of cocaine with a street value in excess of £150,000.

Police said the discovery was realated to drugs previously found at properties in Midlothian and West Lothian.

The pair are expected to appear at Livingston Sheriff Court on Monday.
