Two teenage girls reported missing in Edinburgh

POLICE have appealed for information after two 15-year-old girls disappeared in Edinburgh.

Bethany Bate was last seen at an address in the Gracemount Drive area at 8pm last night.

Belle Love was last seen in Colinton Mains Drive around 9.15pm.

Police believe that the girls are together and are appealing for help to trace them.

Beth is described as being of medium build, 5ft 5ins tall, with straight dark blonde/brown hair which may be styled in a bun.

She may be wearing a hoodie and carrying a dark-brown imitiation Louis Vuitton tartan-patterned bag.

Belle is described as slim, 5ft 6ins tall and with long brown hair which is usually tied back. Belle was last seen wearing a bright orange jacket, a green and grey hoodie, and black Adidas bottoms with grey stripes.

The girls are known to frequent the Firrhill, Braidburn Valley Park, Colinton Mains Park, Chesser, Oxgangs and city centre areas.

Anyone with information about where either of the girls may be should contact Howdenhall Police Station via 101.
