The 30-minute show will kick off at noon, and the 23-year-old chart sensation has told fans to "expect the unexpected".

The Someone You Loved hitmaker took to social media yesterday to ask fans to join his virtual ‘Live Lunch with Lewis’ and catch-up over a takeaway, before treating them to a question and answer session.

It's not known if Lewis will perform any of his monster hits, but any live stream with the quirky singer is guaranteed to be a laugh a minute.

Head of Deliveroo Social Sophie Headlam said: "We are very excited to be working with Lewis Capaldi on our first ever Live Lunch Insta event.

“His charm and humour is exactly what everyone needs right now, so this felt like the perfect moment for us to get everyone together online and have a laugh over a takeaway.”
