Uni managers up for award

THE management team at Queen Margaret University has been shortlisted for a prestigious award.

The Times Higher Education Leadership and Management Awards celebrate leadership, management, financial and business skills in UK higher education institutions.

Principal Professor Petra Wend said: “I am delighted that, thanks to the efforts of all staff, QMU’s senior management team has been ranked among the best in the sector.”

The winners will be announced at a ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on June 21.
