Warning of race traffic disruption

MOTORISTS and football fans have been reminded to be wary of disruption which will be caused by Sunday’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon.

The closures will affect fans travelling to Hampden Park in Glasgow – where Hearts are set to face Celtic – from East Lothian and east Edinburgh.

Severe delays are expected in London Road at Meadowbank between 8.30am and 9.30am, Seafield Road East from 9am to 10.45am and Portobello High Street for two hours from 9am.
