Click here to enter the competition >>The cinema giant has launched a video starring Star Wars actor John Boyega as part of its Get Lost in Great Stories campaign and so far the short film has had more than a million views.

It features more than 30 film references, or 'Easter eggs', and viewers can spot as many as possible to be in for a chance of winning.

The film, directed by Jake Scott who is most well known for his work on music videos, celebrates the epic stories that are best suited to the big screen, referencing films across a range of genres.

And while the cinema is no substitute for a gym, scientists at the University College London suggest watching a film at the cinema can keep the heart in the healthy heart zone – 40-80 per cent of your maximum heart rate, according to the British Heart Foundation.

Staying in this zone can help to burn fat and build fitness and watching a film at the cinema with others can align people's heart rates leading to stronger bonds, says Vue.

The tickets can be used on unmissable blockbusters including Star Wars: Rise of the Skywalker, 1917, Bad Boys for Life, and The Gentlemen.
