A photograph of the message was shared on Twitter by paramedic mentor Katie Tudor, who said: “So upset to be sent this by one of our crews this morning”.
Ms Tudor, who copied the police into her message, went on to say the vehicle was not blocking the road and had been left in a parking space.
She added the crew which was left the note also received “a load of verbal abuse”. Staffordshire Police Chief Inspector John Owen later confirmed a 26-year-old woman had been arrested.
In a post on Twitter, he said: “We have arrested a 26 year old female for public order offences.
