Writing on the wall for poster victor

The young winner of a poster campaign to target vandalism in the West of Edinburgh is to receive an award as part of a police initiative.

As part of Lothian and Borders Police’s Community Commitment pledge, officers in the Sighthill and Gorgie area identified vandalism as a key priority to address.

Officers visited Murrayburn Primary School to speak with pupils and arrange a poster competition that highlights the impact vandalism can have on a community.
