A YOUTH summit is set to give young people the chance to speak directly to Scottish Government ministers.

Scotland’s Youth Employment Summit is at The Hub, on Castlehill, tomorrow.

Angela Constance, Almond Valley MSP and Scottish Government Minister for Youth Employment said: “This government is committed to improving the job prospects of Scotland’s young people in order to help them find employment and ultimately boost the country’s economy.

“We are working with the public, voluntary and private sectors to achieve this aim.

“Scotland’s Youth Employment Summit is being held to provide young people with the opportunity to talk directly to the Government and senior partners, share their experiences, as well as creative ideas for increasing access to employment.”
