A REVIEW of what was an extraordinary year at Edinburgh Zoo is to be held at the visitor attraction later this month.

The event will allow visitors to hear about the key moments of 2011, including the long-awaited arrival of giant pandas Tian Tian and Yang Guang, who were unveiled to the world in December and have already been a huge hit at the zoo.

The evening will include an illustrated talk and a question-and-answer session with head of animals, Darren McGarry, and his team.

The event is being held at the zoo on January 26, and is for over-14s only, Booking is advised, and tea and coffee will be served between 7pm and 7.30pm, before the talk itself starts at 7.30pm.

Anyone interested in attending should call the attraction’s events team on 0131-314 0334.
