AIRPORT bosses have insisted technical problems with their baggage system is having “minimal impact” on passengers.
Edinburgh Airport confirmed it had been experiencing IT problems at check-in this morning.
A spokeswoman added: “We are continuing to screen bags using our contingency baggage screening system.
“Our customer service leads are working with our airline partners in check in and calling forward passengers to prioritise flights. Despite the issue, we’ve experienced minimal impact to passengers and our teams are working hard to resolve the issue to ensure our passengers continue to check in as quickly and safely as possible”.
