Edinburgh's chilly temperatures look set to turn warm again
Temperatures will reach up to 18C today in the capital, with more warm weather forecast for the rest of the week.
The Met Office website says it will be mostly sunny in Edinburgh throughout today, with only small patches of cloud and light winds.
But temperatures are set to dip as low as 9C between 6am and 7am tomorrow morning - and potentially lower in the outskirts of the city.
The mercury is expected to stay steady at about 15C for most of tomorrow afternoon, rising to 18C on Friday and Saturday.
By Sunday, temperatures could soar to 22C.
