Police respond to '˜unidentified object' at Cramond beach
Police officers have just left the scene at Cramond beach following the discovery of an unidentified object.
A cordon was put in place as officers investigated the discovery
The object was found along the beach front with police staying on the scene for over 3 hours.
A police spokeswoman said: “We were called out at around 10.35am to reports of an object in the water.”
Officers left the beach at 13:55.
