Andy Murray closes in on Djokovic with title win in Vienna

Andy Murray beat Jo-Wilfried Tsonga of France 6-3, 7-6 (8/6) to win the Erste Bank Open in Vienna today.

The victory secured the Scot’s seventh title of the season – a personal best – and his 42nd overall. He will usurp Serbia’s Novak Djokovic as world No.1 should he win next week’s Paris Masters and Djokovic fails to reach the final.
