“This unique event has been part of the Lothians sporting fabric for a long time and it is terrific to see it having been reinvigorated through an association with Edinburgh Leisure and the title sponsor, golfclubs4cash.
“The excitement is starting to build for the 119th staging at the Braids, where George Heriot’s got their hands on the iconic trophy last year for the first time in 38 years and we look forward to another thrilling week.”
This year’s event is the third in association with Edinburgh Leisure and also with Loanhead-based Golfclubs4cash as the title sponsor.
