Archery: Records tumble at Lord’s OIympic test event

Lord’s played host to a second world record in as many days at the London 2012 archery test event, but the South Korean team who claimed it had to make do with a bronze medal.

The United States, inspired by world number one and World Cup Grand Final winner Brady Ellison, took the men’s team gold at the London Classic after beating the record-breakers in the semi-final.

It was a disappointing day for the home contingent, with Team GB knocked out in the opening round by a Ukraine side that included Olympic men’s champion Viktor Ruban.
