Edinburgh bowling clubs will play a key part in Scotland’s newest and biggest competition.
London Road Foundry, Maitland, Queensberry, Sighthill, Summerside, Wardie and Willowbrae will all host Scottish Super Series qualifying rounds from which local players will progress to finals at Kelvingrove.
The tournament – which has a prize fund of over £22,000 – will be an open knockout competition for bowlers of any age, sex or ability who can enter either, or both, a Singles and Pairs tournament.
East qualifying events:
August 15-16 at London Road Foundry, Maitland, Queensberry, Sighthill, Wardie, Willowbrae.
August 22-23 at Summerside, Willowbrae.
