Catch-up the game as City head south

Champions City of Edinburgh get the ideal chance to bounce back from the shock defeat by North Lanarkshire when they travel to face South Ayrshire in the women’s Schelde Sports Scottish Volleyball League tomorrow.

South Ayrshire are rooted at the bottom of the table and have yet to win a set in the league this season.

Edinburgh – who have slipped to fifth – cannot afford many more errors if they are to hold on to their crown.

Troon Team Ayrshire, are setting the early pace and have only dropped one set in their opening three matches. But they struggled to overcome
Edinburgh’s NUVOC last weekend and face a buoyant North Lanarkshire tomorrow.

INewly-promoted Aberdonia are currently second and Edinburgh Jets are also in the mix.

Jets visit NUVOC tomorrow at Crags Sports Centre.

In the men’s first division, leaders City of Edinburgh travel to South Ayrshire and Jets face a difficult trip to face Glasgow Mets.
