Capital-based spinners Harris Aslam and Ryan Brown have been named in the Scotland under-19 cricket squad for the World Cup early next year
The duo were amongst the star performers for the age-grade side during their Pepsi ICC Europe Division One campaign in Jersey during the summer when they qualified.
Aslam’s Mazars Grange team mates Fin McCreath and Simon Whait are also in the squad along with Heriot’s Brown for the event in Bangladesh in late January and early February.
The squad is coached by Gordon Drummond and Cedric English.
