Cricket: Scots six bounce back in Hong Kong

Scotland’s cricketers enjoyed mixed fortunes on the opening day of their first trip to the Hong Kong six-a-side tournament.

After opening with a 30-run defeat against Sri Lanka, the Scots immediately bounced back to defeat New Zealand, whose five-over innings closed on 88-0, six runs short of the Scots who also failed to lose a wicket. The Scots conclude their pool ties against a Select side tomorrow.
