Cycling: Hoy heads for Holland
Hoy will be desperate to avoid a repeat of last year’s competition when he suffered an embarrassing defeat at the hands of unknown Irish teenager Felix English. He is joined by Matt Crampton, defending champion individual sprint Jason Kenny and veteran Jason Queally.
However, there is no place in the team for Hoy’s fellow Scot Ross Edgar, whose hopes of competing in London next year are fading.
