Former Hibs striker Derek Riordan is on the lookout for a new club after he was released by League Two outfit East Fife.
The 32-year-old, who boasts three caps for Scotland, joined the Methil outfit in March following a successful trial spell and went on to net two goals in nine appearances.
However, he was unable to stop the Fifers from crashing out of the promotion play-offs at the hands of Stenhousemuir last weekend. And player/manager Gary Naysmith has made Riordan one of his first casualties as he rebuilds for another tilt at the title next season.
East Fife have also released Caolan McAleer, Daryl Falconer and David Maskrey, plus ex-Hibs defender Scott Smith.
Sean Dickson will depart Bayview after turning down a new deal.
