The Jambos had been due to face Brendan Rodgers’ side at Parkhead on 31 January.

But the Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL) has confirmed that the Ladbrokes Scottish Premiership fixture will now take place on 30 January at Celtic Park, to avoid the match being played on the same evening as Partick Thistle’s match with Rangers at the Energy Check Stadium at Firhill.

Partick’s match with Celtic the previous week will be broadcast live on BT Sport 1, while Dunfermline Athletic’s home match with St Mirren in the Scottish Championship will also be screened on BT Sport on Friday 26 January.

And while Rangers’ trip to Ross County on 28 January is also a live match, on Sky Sports, the Hearts-Celtic match will not be shown live on any channel.
