Hearts released their season tickets giving fans a 10 per cent discount for next season, whichever division they are playing in, while supporters will be guaranteed a ticket for the Scottish Cup semi-final with Hibs if it goes ahead.

Here are what the fans have been saying:

@Fraser1874: “Not for me until given some kind of plan as to how the SPFL envisage next season to look like. Not the clubs fault but bought one for this season in good faith and many games now lost. Not throwing good money after bad anymore.”

David Baird: “Definitely regardless of which league we are playing in, hopefully with a few players being emptied and or brought in.”

Alan Brien: “Other teams already have theirs on sale. Let’s face it nobody is forcing you to buy one. It’s all about Hearts survival regardless of what league we are in.”

Lynn Hartil: “Couldn't care what league we'll be in next season I'll definitely be renewing.2

Darren Gow: “Joke as usual. Don't know what league we will be playing in never mind if this season will be finished yet you have still put next year's season ticket on sale at a laughable 10% off. Should be paying 50% of that price with the rest being paid after we know what league we are going to be in. At least then you can change the overall price as to not short change the fans.”

Alastair McCarry: “As much as there is no debate that we have been seriously short changed on the park for far too long now it is our club and the club need our support… for me anyone who can afford it and have the clubs interests at heart will buy a season ticket.”

Robert Campbell: “Renewed. They make take our league, but they'll never take our season tickets”

@scottcockburn: “This season - prior to all this - has been utterly self defeating. It would be nice to hear how the club intend to address everything and either recover in the Premiership or seek promotion”

@jambo_kev83: “Season ticket renewed! Would have paid the same, or even slightly more given the situation the clubs in but understand the 10% discount, given not everyone's in a fortunate position to still be earning the same money right now. I'll be sending that 10% to @The_FOH #HHGH”

@grfairbairn: “Season ticket renewed. Bring on whatever lies ahead #HHGH”

@galleonskip: “We have renewed but it doesn’t make me any better a fan - I have a full time job and no furlough or other issues - lots of folk don’t. Support if you can but blame no one if they can’t”

@jambomiller79: “Any news on refund of Livingston tickets if it’s not going ahead, still got mine sat here gathering dust”

@GreigWB: “Prem, championship, don’t care. Long as there’s a pub open and a mad discussion about how we had 172 shots and lost 1-0”

@laura160598: “100% a mug and will be renewing”

@Scott98568127: “Regardless of which league we're in next year there should be a boycott of away games of those spineless clubs who voted for it. We should not give them a penny of our cash.”

@Davros1874: “Couldn't care less what league we're in. I will always be a Jambo. HHGH”

@AndyD_1874: “Announce legal action”

@DavidMcGlade31: “Brought mostly misery for the past 2 seasons but I wouldn’t be without”

@keithj70: “If we knew which division we were going to be in? Might help”

@Gorgiecsf: “Who cares? Would it really make a difference if you renewed or not? Through thick and thin as they say... If you can afford it”

@GraemeMcV: “Pricing completely wrong, must take fans for complete mugs. If relegated would be expecting a far greater deduction than 10% with respect. A down payment of say £200 (kids price froze )then remaining balance to be determined once league status known far more realistic and fair”

@stjambo: “My price has gone up as son no longer a student. Now £900 up from £825. It’s. a stretch but the club still needs us to renew where we can. I’m in #alwaysHearts”

@GerryCampbell1: “Season ticket renewed, I hope Mrs B doesn’t think it’s ok to accept relegation as we’ve started buying season tickets . She could however use it for the legal action she threatened”

@JamboAngela: “I've had a season ticket for 25 years and hopefully I'll have one for 25 more. As the great Dave Mackay said - Always Hearts.”
